Inspired by the beautiful weather lately have we taken some new photos from the village. The photos is taken 1.st of may 2006

9th and 10th of june 2006 there was a big celebration in Tafjord because of the World Heritage List. Here are som photos from the celebration

Hallbjørn Brekke has taken a photo from a landslide. Rocks from over 600 meters fall down in the fjord. The landslide happend 30.th of april 2006

Here is some photos taken by Vegard Lødøen from Valldal. He is well known as a hobby photographer and he has won several cometitions for his wonderful nature photos. These photos is taken in Tafjord, two from the special stone "Kallen" and one from the fjord.

From Ole Petter Lien we have got these photos. The first is workers building the first power station in Tafjord, from about 1920. The other is from Hella where some people are farming.
